At Willow & Wave Celebrations, we turn your special Moments into unforgettable experiences and let you leave the stress behind. We create tailored, upscale ambiances that reflect the essence of your celebration. Whether it's an intimate gathering or a grand event, we promise a personalized touch that elevates every occasion into something truly extraordinary.

How much is delivery and set up for my address?

There will be a one-time delivery charge added to each order. Delivery fees will be determined by travel distance as outlined below.

Base Delivery Fee (10 mile radius or less): $75

Extended Deliver Fee (10+ mile radius): $100

Orange County: $300

How exactly does it work?

1. Choose your date, customize your package:

Begin by selecting the date, package and any additional options by completing the form.

2. Confirmation & Deposit:

Once submitted, we will confirm your party’s rental details, including dates and times, and address any specific questions or requests via email. After confirming the details, a 50% deposit is required to officially book your reservation.

3. Finalizing Details:

Two weeks before your Willow & Wave event, we will reach out to reconfirm your delivery and agree upon delivery and pick up time. We will send an invoice and your remaining balance is due at this time.

4. Delivery & Setup:

On the day of your party, we handle setup! It typically takes 60-120 minutes to set up an indoor sleepover and 2-4 hours for an outdoor glamping setup, depending on the size and extras you select. Picnics & Movie Nights typically take 60-120 minutes, depending on the size.

5. Enjoy & Create Memories:

Your job is to relax and savor the moment!

6. Pickup:

We return the next day to pack up and collect everything at the agreed time.

7. Share the Fun:

After your party, we would love to hear from you! Feel free to leave a review on Google, Yelp, Facebook or Instagram.

8. Clean-Up:

After each Willow & Wave event, all bedding is laundered, and decor items, including mattresses, are disinfected and spot-cleaned.

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel, your deposit or 50% of the total is non-refundable. However, you may reschedule to another available date at no extra cost, if done at least two weeks before the event. In other words, your payment will remain as a credit for future use.

What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

For Willow & Wave backyard glamping parties or outdoor picnics, we will monitor the weather as your event date approaches. If weather conditions appear unfavorable, we can discuss alternative plans or rescheduling. If neither option works and we must cancel, your deposit or 50% of the total will remain as a credit with Willow & Wave.

How much space is needed?

Each Willow & Wave indoor sleepover tent and mattresses take up 45x75 inch space. The mattresses are regular twin size.

Willow & Wave parties in the bell tent will need a minimum diameter space of 24ft, of grass or dirt. If your space is partially or completely artificial turf or concrete you must let us know and there will be a $100 additional fee.

How long is my rental for?

Your rental will be overnight. We will decide and agree on a time to Drop off and Pick up. Additional Night(s) can be purchased for an additional but discounted rate but must be discussed during booking.

Tent set ups can be used for photo shoots as well, please contact us for more information.

What if something gets damaged or goes missing?

When you agree to our terms of service you agree to replace lost or damaged items at fair market price. Please take precautions such as keeping sharp objects, nail polish, permanent markers, slime and other damaging items away from the set ups will help ensure there is no damage. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation concerning this matter.
